VIEWSSS ("the Service") shows creators their own social-media statistics. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. It applies to the VIEWSSS website and iOS app.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address and sign-in credentials (or your Google account identity if you sign in with Google).
• Tracked handles — public @handles you choose to track, and daily view-count snapshots for them.
• Connected platform data — if you sign in with TikTok, we store your TikTok open ID, display name, username, avatar, follower / following / like / video counts, video view counts, and the OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to read them. Tokens are stored server-side only and are never shared with other users or third parties.
• Arena name — only if you opt in to the views arena, the display name you choose and your view totals are visible to other users.

What we don't do

• We never post, edit, or delete content on your connected accounts.
• We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
• We do not collect analytics beyond what is needed to run the Service.

How we use data

Solely to operate the Service: showing you your own statistics, computing view-count history, and (if you opt in) the arena. Data is processed and stored with our backend provider, Convex, in the EU region.

Retention and deletion

Disconnecting TikTok revokes and deletes its tokens and profile data. Removing a tracked handle stops collection for it. Deleting your account removes your account data; you can request deletion of all associated data at the contact below.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date above.
